The Church Unity Campaign
Be the Best. In Your Lane. For Your City.
Rollback Jack is not just a franchise. It is a movement built on three groups — each called to excellence. The church's youth are the best marketers in every neighborhood. The Jacks and Sales Reps are the best workers on any route. And RBJ is building the best franchise system in the nation to back them both up.
Why Rollback Jack?
Three Groups. One Standard.
Our model blends territory ownership, operational leadership, and scalable workforce deployment into a unified system that grows city by city, district by district, and state by state. RBJ selects Zone Coordinators — who hire District Captains — who call the meetings that form City Captain councils in each city — who oversee the workers growing their territory through the participation of the churches' own people. City Captains are not individual churches — they are the city's pastoral council. District Captains are hired to lead the county. State Sponsors are appointed to promote the movement statewide. Zone Coordinators host the meetings that hold it all together. The money is collaborative. The work is excellent. The message is unity.
The church's youth are the best residential marketers in any city — trusted, present, and already in every neighborhood.
The Jacks and Sales Reps are the best workers on any route — trained, accountable, and held to the highest standard of service.
RBJ is committed to being the best franchise system either group will ever work with — the best training, the best structure, the best support.
Early participants secure territory rights, operational leadership, and long-term recurring revenue — because the best positions go first.

How Authority Works
The Chain of Command
RBJ operates on a structured chain of authority — each level directs the one below it. But positions are attainable at any level before the one above is filled. Move early and you earn protection that late arrivals never get.

Secure Your Spot Before the Level Above Is Filled
Every position in the RBJ hierarchy is attainable before the level above it is claimed. If you secure your territory before a higher-level operator enters your area, you are grandfathered from certain — not all — controls of whoever later joins above you. Your original territory rights and operational terms remain intact as agreed. A late arrival above you cannot alter what was already established.
This means a City Captain who invests today — before a District Captain claims their county — locks in protections that a City Captain who waits will never have. The earlier you move, the stronger your position in the hierarchy.

The Clarion Call
Zone Coordinators are not recruited from a job board. They are called. RBJ is sending out a specific invitation to a specific kind of person — and the requirements are not negotiable.
"A bishop then must be blameless…" — 1 Timothy 3:2–7
The qualifications for a Zone Coordinator are drawn directly from the New Testament standard for church leadership. These are not suggestions. They are the baseline.
No Unresolved Baggage
Clean record — professionally, financially, and personally. No active lawsuits, no pattern of broken business relationships, no public scandals. People who know you should be able to vouch for you without hesitation.
Loyal in Every Commitment
Devoted to the people and obligations you have already made. Your word is your bond. The people under you need to know you will not abandon the zone when it gets hard.
Level-Headed Under Pressure
You do not make big decisions when you are angry, tired, or chasing a high. You think before you act. District Captains will bring you their hardest problems — they need a steady hand, not a reactive one.
Organized and Self-Disciplined
You run a tight operation. Your calendar, your finances, your commitments — all managed. A Zone Coordinator who cannot manage themselves cannot manage a zone.
Accessible and Generous
You return calls. You make time. You invest in the people in your zone before they have proven themselves. The ZC is the first person a new District Captain meets — that first impression sets the tone for the whole zone.
A Natural Trainer
You can break down a complex system and make it simple. You enjoy developing people, not just directing them. Hiring and training District Captains is the job — if you cannot teach, you cannot do the job.
Leads Without Intimidation
You do not use your position to pressure, threaten, or manipulate the people under you. You earn compliance through respect, not fear. The zone grows when people want to follow you — not because they have to.
Not Motivated Purely by Money
Your stipend begins at 3% of monies raised and grows with the zone. That is the deal. A ZC who is always angling for more, cutting corners to increase their take, or resenting what others earn will poison the zone.
Proven in Your Own House First
Your personal life is in order. The people closest to you — who see you at your best and your worst — still trust your leadership. That is the most reliable indicator that you can lead a zone.
Experienced in the System
You must have started as a City Captain. You have done the route, handled the customers, and built something from scratch. A ZC who has never operated at the ground level will make decisions that sound good on paper and fail in the field.
Known and Respected in the Community
Ask around about you and the answers should be good. Your name carries weight in the cities and counties of your zone. The ZC is the face of RBJ at the regional level — a damaged reputation damages the whole zone.
Lives in the Zone
You must reside in — or be willing to relocate to — one of the states in your assigned zone. Owning a residence in the zone is the minimum. This is not a remote leadership role.
How the ZC Earns
No Salary. No Investment. Paid Only When They Produce.
The Zone Coordinator's primary job is to hire and train District Captains across their zone. There is no upfront investment. The ZC receives a stipend that begins at 3% of monies raised within the zone and grows as the zone grows — capped at $200,000 annually. The ZC's council holds the authority to vote in raises over time. This is a Kingdom leadership role, not a commission seat.
This is not a position that extracts from the operators below it. The ZC earns by growing the team — not by taking a cut of what the team already built. A Zone Coordinator who recruits well and trains well earns well.

A City Owned by Its Pastors — Together
The $10,000 investment covers the whole council's launch — including a fully-equipped service truck leased for three years. Pressure washer, water tank, 50 ft hose, and bin washing apparatus. The council is operational from day one. Each year, the pastors select one of their own to serve as the active City Captain — overseeing all workers and receiving a leadership stipend for that year. The council can vote to keep the same pastor if they choose. Every church benefits from the revenue regardless of who holds the seat.

The Rep Residual Track — Every Subscription Pays You Twice
You earn $11.50 the day you sign a customer — 50% of the $23 blended ARPU. Then you earn a residual every single month that customer stays active — starting at $0.50 and growing by $0.05 each month, capping at $1.00/subscription/month by Month 11.
The residual rate is tied to the age of each individual subscription — not the calendar month. A subscription signed in Month 1 earns you $0.50 in its first month, $0.55 in its second, $0.60 in its third, and so on. A subscription signed in Month 6 starts its own residual clock at $0.50. Every subscription you have ever signed is always somewhere on this track — and the longer they stay, the more each one pays.
Residual Rate Per Active Subscription

Halfway — every sub you signed in Month 1 now pays $0.75/mo
Cap reached — every sub signed in Month 1 now pays $1.00/mo permanently
Rate holds at $1.00/sub/mo for the life of the subscription

This is a single rep at 20 accounts/day with zero churn. At 5,000 active subscriptions — a milestone a strong rep can reach in Year 2 — the residual alone is $5,000/month on top of base acquisition earnings. The subscriptions you signed two years ago are still paying you every month. That is the difference between a sales job and a sales career.
Why This Drives Retention
The residual model is RBJ's commitment to retention. A rep who signs a customer and moves on has no reason to care whether that customer stays. A rep who earns $1.00/month on every active subscription they have ever signed has every reason to make sure that customer never cancels. The rep becomes the territory's best retention asset — because their own income depends on it.
How the Residual Is Protected
Residual earnings are tied to the rep's active employment with RBJ. A rep who leaves the territory forfeits their residual track. This protects the territory, the churches, and the customers — and ensures that the rep's long-term incentive is to stay, grow, and keep serving the city at the highest level.
Your Profit Rate Grows With Your City
The church already does good work in communities. This model helps them grow their membership and their ministry — exactly as the Book of Acts describes. Unity is the method. Excellence is the standard. Collaboration is the strategy. The revenue proves it works. The CC's share of net profit starts at 50% and grows to 65% based on sales team performance — split equally among up to 5 member churches. Youth groups spread the word; their church earns a one-time onboarding payout plus perpetual recurring revenue every month after. RBJ keeps the rest to build the infrastructure that makes the whole system run.
Every operational cost comes off the top before any split occurs — truck leases, equipment, water, fuel, employee wages (Jacks and Sales Reps), and all leadership salaries: ZC stipend (3% of monies raised, max $200k/yr), DC salary (max $150k/yr), and CC stipend. RBJ runs lean so the territory can run strong.
After all bills are paid, the remaining net profit is divided between RBJ and the CC's pastoral council. The split starts at 50% CC / 50% RBJ. As the sales team's daily average climbs past 20 accounts per day, the CC's share increases — up to a maximum of 65% CC / 35% RBJ. RBJ retains its portion to fund company growth, DC and SS salaries, ZC stipends, national infrastructure, and the systems that make every territory stronger.
The CC council's portion of net profit (between 50% and 65% of the total) is divided equally among participating churches — maximum 5 per council. Each church also receives a one-time onboarding payout when the partnership activates. Youth groups market the service through flyers and word of mouth; no labor required from the congregation.
Youth groups spread the word — flyers, door hangers, word of mouth. Their church receives a one-time onboarding payout from the $10,000 activation pool (÷ number of churches) plus perpetual recurring monthly revenue from the CC council's profit share. With 5 churches: $2,000 one-time payout + $2,000/month recurring ($24,000/year) per church.
Exact Monthly Earnings by Performance
Your rate is set by last month's daily average. Exceed 60 accounts/day and your team's performance earns a higher share of territory revenue — which flows to the churches and crisis ministries you serve. The floor never drops below the agreed baseline for your city.

Monthly Earnings Chart
Every RBJ account is a $23/month recurring subscription — not a one-time sale. Month 1 you add 1,200 accounts. Month 2 those same 1,200 bill again plus your new adds. Month 3, all three months stack. Your revenue floor rises every single month you operate. Switch to Growth Timeline to watch the compounding happen row by row.
Baseline: 1 rep × 20 accounts/day × 20 days = 400 new accounts/month. Each additional rep adds another 400/mo. Territory ceiling: 1,650 customers for Kings Mtn (12K) (12,000 residents × 33% penetration = 5,000 houses, needs 2.08 reps / 1.1 Jacks).

The recurring model is the backbone: Every account you sign stays on the books and bills again next month. You don't start from zero — you start from wherever last month left off, plus everything new you add. The longer you operate, the larger your floor.
Rates apply to the full active base: Your CC/DC rate for Month N is set by your daily average in Month N−1 — and that rate applies to every active account, not just new adds. Exceeding baseline raises your rate on your entire recurring book.
Growth Timeline totals row: The bottom row sums all monthly payouts across the full projection period — this is your cumulative earned income over that span, not a single month's figure.
15% churn model: When churn is enabled, each cohort of accounts loses 15% of its remaining members every month after it was signed. The active base shown is the mathematically correct sum of all surviving cohorts. The No-Churn column shows the linear baseline for direct comparison — the gap between them is the real cost of attrition.
State Sponsor override (12–22%, direct on gross): SS earns a direct percentage of recurring gross per city — not a nested cut of DC's payout. At baseline (15%), a State Sponsor holding 3 counties × 3 cities earns roughly 2.5× what a DC earns across 3 cities. This is intentional: the SS position carries the most territory responsibility and should reflect it in earnings.
Side-by-Side snapshot: DC column shows 3 cities; SS column shows 3 counties × 3 cities. Use the individual tabs to model your specific territory.
Municipality revenue: Measured separately by contract — not included in this residential chart.
City saturation cap (1,650 accounts — Kings Mtn (12K)): Based on 12,000 residents ÷ 2.4 persons/household = 5,000 houses × 33% penetration. Needs 2.08 reps over 250 canvass days and 1.1 Jacks at full build-out. Once the active base reaches this ceiling, recurring gross flatlines — new adds only replace churned accounts. Rows marked City Full are at the territory ceiling.
Level 3 Deep Dive
Lead a County — 3 to 5 Cities
The District Captain is hired by the State Sponsor to build out a county city by city. There is no entry fee. The DC calls the meetings that form the CC structure in each city and develops those City Captains as the county grows.
County Exclusivity
Your county is locked. No competing RBJ District Captains — ever.
No Entry Fee
The DC is a hired, salaried position. There is no investment required to claim a county. The State Sponsor selects and hires the DC.
DC Salary — Up to $150k/Year
The District Captain draws a salary capped at $150,000 annually. Compensation is tied to operational leadership — not a percentage of church revenue.
Revenue Flows to Member Churches
After all bills are paid — operations, Jacks, Sales Reps, and leadership salaries — the remaining net profit is split between RBJ and the CC council. The CC council's share starts at 50% and grows to a maximum of 65% based on the sales team averaging more than 20 accounts per day. The CC council's share is divided equally among up to 5 member churches. Youth groups market the service through flyers and word of mouth; each church also receives a one-time onboarding payout when the partnership activates. RBJ retains its portion to fund company growth, DC and SS salaries, ZC stipends, and national infrastructure.
Municipal Access
County-level relationships open doors to municipal contracts worth 10–50× residential revenue.
Level 2 Deep Dive
State Sponsorship: Appointed to Promote the Movement
State Sponsors are appointed by the Zone Coordinator — not purchased. There is no entry fee. The State Sponsor is a salaried leadership role with a duty to promote RBJ throughout their state, represent their counties at ZC meetings, and support the District Captains under their oversight. Because states have many counties, multiple State Sponsors can operate in the same state. Authority is scoped to the counties they oversee.
Level 1 Deep Dive
Zone Coordinator: The Clarion Call
This is not a position you purchase. The ZC is appointed — by invitation only — to a specific kind of person: an active pastor who has already proven themselves as a City Captain in good standing. The Zone Coordinator receives a stipend that begins at 3% of monies raised within their zone and grows as the zone grows, capped at $200,000 annually. The ZC's council holds the authority to vote in raises over time. The ZC's job is to host the regional meetings, hire and train District Captains, align state-level crisis strategies, and maintain communication between states. This is a Kingdom leadership role — not a commission seat.

The Kingdom Business Strategy
Citywide Crisis Response Strategy
A Unified RBJ Framework for Churches, Pastoral Councils, and Crisis Ministries. After all bills are paid, the remaining net profit is split between RBJ and the CC council — starting at 50/50 and growing to 65% CC / 35% RBJ as the sales team averages more than 20 accounts per day. RBJ retains its share to fund company growth, DC and SS salaries, ZC stipends, and national infrastructure. Of the CC council's share, 80% flows to Primary Member churches — split by council meeting participation. The pastoral council nominates the director of the city's leading crisis ministry as the active City Captain — the person already running the shelter, food bank, transitional housing program, or community outreach organization. The council reviews the nomination annually. Every church benefits from the revenue regardless of who holds the seat. Secondary Member churches participate fully in all fund administration decisions and are reviewed for Primary elevation every two years by the Pastoral Committee. 20% of the CC's share goes directly to named crisis ministries. RBJ provides the structure. The church provides the people. Together, they provide the impact.
Unified Outreach Mobilization
Youth canvas neighborhoods. Teachers prepare mailers. Seniors spread the word. Families share through workplaces and schools. Pastors lead the unity message. A continuous outreach cycle that keeps crisis ministries supported year round.
Collaborative Funding for Crisis Ministries
Shared revenue streams, shared outreach budgets, shared community impact reporting, and shared responsibility across churches. Crisis ministries receive consistent financial support, increased volunteers, and expanded visibility.
Coordinated Crisis Response Teams
Each city forms RBJ Crisis Response Teams — homeless outreach, food distribution, shelter support, emergency supply, and prayer and care teams — operating under the pastoral council with no gaps and no duplication.
Citywide Data and Impact Reporting
RBJ tracks people served, meals distributed, shelter placements, outreach events, volunteer hours, and financial support — fiscal evidence that unity works, shown to city officials, county leaders, state partners, and donors.
The Revenue Model:
The church already does good work in communities. This helps them grow their membership and their ministry — exactly as the Book of Acts describes. Unity is the method. Collaboration is the strategy. The revenue proves it works.
