NO REFUND POLICY: The $1.00 Verification Fee is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
$1.00 Verification Fee — Non-Refundable
Upon successful completion of the required training program, all partnership applicants are required to submit a $1.00 non-refundable verification fee prior to contract issuance. This fee is charged from the same account from which any future investment will be received.
Purpose: This fee exists solely to confirm that all designated funding channels are operational and that the account is active and accessible. It is not a deposit, down payment, advance, or partial payment toward any future investment.
This fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to:
- ✕Withdrawal of application after payment
- ✕Failure to complete the onboarding process
- ✕Change of mind or decision not to proceed
- ✕Ineligibility determination after payment
- ✕Inability to secure required investment capital
- ✕Any other reason whatsoever
Acknowledgment Required Before Payment
Before submitting the $1.00 verification fee, you will be required to check a box confirming that you have read and understood this refund policy. Submission of payment constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of this no-refund policy.
Example acknowledgment: "I understand that the $1.00 verification fee is non-refundable under all circumstances and that submitting this payment does not guarantee contract issuance."
No Physical Goods — Service Business
Rollback Jack does not sell physical goods through this website. All transactions on this site are for service-based partnership verification. There are no product returns, exchanges, or physical shipments associated with any payment made through rollbackjack.com. Partner investment capital, once deployed into operational assets (truck leases, equipment, territory rights), is governed by the executed partnership contract and is not subject to refund through this website.
Disputes & Chargebacks
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us immediately at [email protected] or (704) 727-4007 before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days. Fraudulent chargebacks on the $1.00 verification fee will be contested with full documentation of your acknowledgment and consent.
