Service Delivery Policy

Country of Origin: United States of America — All services are performed and all transactions are processed within the USA. No international shipments or deliveries.
1. Overview
Rollback Jack ("RBJ") is a service-based business. We do not sell or ship physical goods through this website. All services are delivered in-person within the United States by trained field representatives and City Captain partners. This Service Delivery Policy describes how and when our services are provided.
2. Residential Bin-Washing Service
Residential bin-washing and rollback service is delivered on a scheduled route basis within the service territory of the local City Captain. Service is performed at the customer's curbside or designated bin location. Delivery Method: In-person, on-route service by a trained Jack Field Representative. Service Frequency: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly — as specified in the residential service agreement. Service Area: Within the City Captain's designated territory (United States only). Scheduling: Customers are notified of their scheduled service day upon enrollment. Route schedules are set by the local City Captain and may be adjusted with advance notice. Country of Service: United States of America only.
3. Partner Onboarding & Training
Partnership onboarding services — including training, contract execution, and territory assignment — are delivered digitally and/or in-person within the continental United States. Training Delivery: Online (self-paced modules accessible through the RBJ training portal) and/or facilitated in-person sessions. Training Timeframe: The standard training program consists of 3 sessions. For individual applicants, sessions are typically completed within a few days of application approval. For pastoral councils, all three sessions may be completed in a single structured council meeting. Contract Execution: Contracts are issued digitally following successful completion of training and receipt of the $1.00 verification fee. Execution timeframe: within 5 business days of fee receipt and training completion. Territory Assignment: Territory is assigned upon contract execution. No physical delivery is required. Country of Service: United States of America only. No international partnerships are currently offered.
4. No Physical Goods Shipped
Rollback Jack does not ship physical products through this website. The $1.00 verification fee charged through this site is for a service verification process, not a physical product. No tracking numbers, shipping labels, or delivery confirmations are issued for this fee. Partner launch packages (including truck leases, branded apparel, equipment, and marketing materials) are arranged through the onboarding process after contract execution and are not sold or shipped through this website.
5. Service Area & Geographic Restrictions
All Rollback Jack services are available within the United States only. We do not currently offer services, partnerships, or transactions to customers or applicants located outside the United States. OFAC-sanctioned countries are excluded from all transactions. Country of Origin: United States of America Service Territory: Continental United States (territory availability varies by city)
6. Service Delays & Cancellations
Residential service may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather, equipment maintenance, or other operational factors. Customers will be notified of any schedule changes by their local City Captain with as much advance notice as possible. Partner onboarding timelines may be extended if training sessions are not completed within a reasonable window. No penalty applies for reasonable delays; however, territory holds are subject to the terms described on the Contracts page.
