Franchise Disclosure Document
Rollback Jack operates under a structured FDD (Franchise Disclosure Document) aligned with FTC Rule 16 CFR Part 436. The FDD covers all 23 required items including territory rights, royalty structure, financial performance representations, and renewal terms. After all bills are paid, the net profit split between RBJ and the CC council is codified in the FDD: the CC council's share starts at 50% and grows to a maximum of 65% based on the sales team averaging more than 20 accounts per day. RBJ retains its portion to fund company growth, DC and SS salaries, ZC stipends, and national infrastructure. The CC council's share is split equally among up to 5 member churches β maximum 5 per council. A copy of the FDD is provided to every prospective City Captain no less than 14 days before signing, as required by federal law.

Ready to claim your city?
City Captain territories are assigned one per city. Once your city is claimed, it is off the board. The pastoral council nominates the director of the city's leading crisis ministry as the active City Captain β the person already doing the work, already trusted by the community, and already positioned to steward the revenue where it belongs. Activation happens through the Kingdom Business bank meeting β held in your church board room.
